Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using aspirekineticnetwork.in or engaging AKN for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

2. Our Services

AKN offers web design, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, social media management, content strategy, growth consulting, and interactive web experiences. Scope, timeline, and deliverables for paid work are defined in a separate engagement agreement.

3. Free Website Program

We offer a free website design and build to eligible founding partner clients. Terms:

  • Eligibility is at AKN's discretion based on fit.
  • The website design and build are provided free of charge.
  • The free build requires the paid monthly care plan below.
  • The custom website we make for you is assigned to you under the written client agreement; our reusable tools and third-party parts stay under their own licences, which you may keep using.
  • We show the work in our portfolio only with your separate written permission. It is never a condition of the free build.
  • Domain registration and renewal are paid by you, in your name. Hosting is included while the care plan is active and paid.

3a. Maintenance Subscription

Founding partner clients take a monthly care plan. Months 1 to 3: standard rate ₹5,999, founding partner rate ₹3,999 a month. Month 4 onwards: standard rate ₹2,999, founding partner rate ₹1,999 a month (no website edits included, which is why it costs less). It covers:

  • Hosting and routine site checks
  • Up to two minor website edits a month in months 1 to 3 only; from month 4 no edits are included and changes are quoted first
  • Four Google Business Profile posts or updates a month, using content you supply
  • Basic local SEO maintenance and a monthly report

The plan is billed monthly in advance and runs month to month, with no minimum term. Either side can cancel with 30 days' written notice. The website becomes yours once the first month's ₹3,999 is paid and the site is live. Cancelling the plan after that never takes it back, and you never pay for months you did not use. Your brand, photos, content and domain are always yours. When hosting ends, we hand over the website files and help you move it. Fees for a signed client are as set in their written agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

The AKN brand, logo, and original site content are ours. For client work, ownership is set out in the written client agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our site or APIs.
  • Submit false information through our forms.
  • Use our services to promote illegal activity, spam, or harassment.

6. Liability

We do our best work, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes like rankings, traffic, or revenue, these depend on many factors outside our control. AKN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
